MCC Coordinator

Description:

Profile:

- Aeronautical Engineer Master/Bachelor Degree.

- Ideally, previous experience in Airline operations department and high understanding of the aviation operational environment.

- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft and systems.

- Quick learner, proactive, highly-organized individual with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Capabilities:

Day to day Maintenance Operations Control:

- Technical support to Crews and management of maintenance assistance in remote stations.

- AOG monitorization and recovery, Fault Isolation and Parts Request.

- Control and rectification of Deferred Defects in due time, having direct impact on the operational performance of our fleet.

- Fleet Technical Status update and communication of the Operational Limitations.

- Traceability and Troubleshooting of Intermittent Faults.

- Scheduled maintenance supervision to ensure performance of the Line Maintenance contractors is in compliance with Volotea standards.

As a Maintenance Control Center Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining the Airworthiness of Volotea’s fleet, composed of Boeing B717-200 and Airbus A319, by proactive control of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification. Profile:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

- University degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

- Minimum 3-4 years of successful experience in accounts payable management in big companies, including follow up with suppliers, ageing of balances.

- Strong knowledge in Accounting/Finance particularly in account payable processes.

- Dynamic, organized and with a methodical approach with attention for detail.

- Planning and organizing skills to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.

- Strong inter-personal skills with confident personality to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Capabilities:

The objective of this position is to guarantee a strong Financial Control over all administrative and accounting aspects related to suppliers´ accounts, through the coordination of the following:

- Responsible for keeping the suppliers master data updated in the systems.

- Full cycle processing of purchases (PO creation, Invoice matching, processing and payment, expense provision).

- Responsible for overseeing PO creation and approval process, ensuring right controls in place, and efficiency in the approval process.

OCC Duty Manager

Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in flight dispatch and or operations control environment, preferably related to worldwide flight scheduled operations (Flight Dispatcher, Pilot license, as well as ETOPS experience are an asset)

- Familiarity with aircraft performance, international and EASA regulations, operations manual (OM), flight entry requirement, flight planning and dispatch

- Proactive personality with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, flexible and able to provide solid results under high pressure

- Good IT skills. Experience in use of dispatch related software – flight planning systems (i.e.  PPS, Jetplanner, LIDO, NavTech, etc.), SITA/AFTN communications, schedule/ops control systems (preferably AIMS)  and MS Office applications, CFMU tools is a plus.

- Ability to interpret weather and NOTAM information as well as airport/airspace NAV charts (preferably LHS LIDO charts)

- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7).

- Able to work diligently, independently and reliably

- Good communication skills in Spanish and English. Italian or French knowledge are a plus

Capabilities:

Main tasks include:

- Legal supervision of the operation

- Management of the unplanned flight program deviations due to technical problems, weather and delays in coordination with all the teams in the OCC.

- Analysis of the operational environment of the flight through NOTAM’s, Aeronautical publications and weather reports, preparation of the Operational Flight Plan according to the applicable regulations, company policies and weather conditions

Finance Functional Analyst

Profile:

Previous experience in Controlling or Financial audit would also be a plus.
