    Profile:

    Implementation of any operational or airworthiness directive and any other requirements for continuous airworthiness issued by the Authority.

    Support in the analysis of the effectiveness of the maintenance program.

    Ensure that the applied modifications or repairs have been approved in accordance with Annex (Part 21) to Regulation (EC) No 1702/2003.

    Issuance of engineering orders and engineering bulletins.

    Determine empty weight and centre of gravity of each aircraft after reweighed, reconfiguration or recalculation and related notification of the Operations Department.

    Support in preparations for end of lease phase out and aircraft phase in are complete, the aircraft are compliant, and that financial exposure is minimised and managed accordingly.

    Operations Engineering Manager

    We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and TTOO/Groups Supervisor who is used to interact in different cultural environments, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

    The work place is Barcelona headquarters.

    The position will report directly to the Finance Manager.

    Purpose of the Position

    Within the Finance department of Volotea and reporting to the Finance Manager.

    The candidate should bring good work planning skills, excellent interpersonal skills, process minded focus, and previous Accounts Receivable management experience including, invoicing, issuing of credit notes, collection of deposits, reconciliation of payments, control of ageing.

    Candidate will become a valued finance partner for the Commercial area, mainly the Groups/TTOO management Group.

    Profile:

    - Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in Accounts Receivable management, including follow up with customers, ageing of balances.

    - Business degree preferred. Familiar with accounting.

    - Good financial acumen, process oriented, work planning skills.

    - Proactive, autonomous and results driven professional.

    - Fluent English and Spanish compulsory. French and Italian highly valued.

    - Good Excel skills. SAP or Navision is a plus.

    Ικανότητες:

    - Guarantee strong Financial Control over all administrative and accounting aspects related to Groups/TTOO financial management.

    - Be main point of contact of company´s main customers finance and administrative departments.

    - Be a Finance Business Partner for the Commercial area, mainly the Groups/TTOO management Group

    b. Invoicing and credit notes

    c. Ageing and collection of overdue amounts

    d. Credit control

    - Candidate will be part of the Finance department, working under the close supervision of the Finance Manager. Additionally candidate will have significant exposure to the Commercial Groups/TTOO team.
