    Profile:

    Profile:

    - Aeronautical Engineer Master/Bachelor Degree.

    - Assist Logistics Supervisor/Manager in all their duties, providing material services for unscheduled (AOG, MEL, DDL, CDDL), scheduled inquiries and stock replenishment.

    - Evaluate alternate options to support material requirements for heavy maintenance events, which may include robbing & expediting material, material purchase(s). Work with material planning if usage is increasing and reorder planning need to be adjusted.

    - Manage multiple high priority requests in an organized urgent manner while providing excellent support to daily Operations.

    - Manage orders in AMOS per maintenance requests to ensure material is delivered to required destination within timeframe requirements & update with regular status until part is received.

    - Manage relation with the suppliers and develop new relationships. Trade inventory by means of exchange, loan & sale.

    Volotea headquarters are located in Barcelona, Spain, being its principal markets Italy, France, and Spain. Our operational bases are Italy (Venice, Palermo & Verona), France (Nantes, Bordeaux, Strasbourg and Toulouse), and Spain (Asturias).

    We are looking for a proactive, very responsible and rigorous person that works with accuracy, who is used to interact in different cultural environments, and who wants to work in a challenging highgrowth environment as HR Transactional Services Manager.

    The work place is Barcelona headquarters, where HR transactional services are coordinated for the different countries.

    The position will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will have a team of 4 people.

    Profile:

    - BS/BA (Economics, Engineer, Law, Business Administration or similar field)

    - Relevant experience and high expertise in HR Transactional Services in an international environment (functions indicated in the roles & responsibilities). Minimum 8 years’ experience. Experience working with multi-location.

    - Knowledge of key Employment/Social Security legislation and Health & Safety rules.

    - Manages time and prioritizes work to maximize productivity and effectiveness; copes effectively with work-related pressures and setbacks. “Hands on” in a highly demanding environment.

    - Communication skills: ability to produce clear and concise written information and other communication. Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and internal customers at all levels of the organization.

    - Fluent English is an indispensable requisite. French and/or Italian will be a plus.

    - IT skills: able to fully utilize standard Microsoft Office products. The level of expertise in Excel has to be very high. This requisite is absolutely essential. Good numeracy skills.

    Capabilities:

    - Coordination and control of the BPO for Payroll (Spain, Italy, France)

    - Consolidation and reporting of HR data of the different countries (headcount, costs analysis, budget deviations…)

    - HR Administration: contracts, transfers, variable pay, employee certificates, final settlements, payroll variables, sickness, documentation for foreign people, official statistics, HR invoices (SAP)…

    - Budget and HR planning: preparation and follow up.

    - HR Compliance and legal issues: information to auditors. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and good employment practice.

    - HRIS (Human Resources Information System): KPIs, Reports, Databases... Create and maintain employee administration systems to ensure accurate and comprehensive employee information (documents, records and data). HR software used is SuccessFactors.

    - Definition & implementation of HR processes/policies & Best Practices for Transactional area.

    - HR Service design and high quality delivery: perform accurate and timely employee administration.

    - Health & Safety (risk evaluation, action plan, medical checks…)

    - 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing. Experience in travel industry very valuable.

    - Native French or Italian preferred, and fluent English a must. Spanish is also a plus.

    Capabilities:

    1. Manage direct trade marketing communications for groups and agencies:
