If your baggage suffers any damage, you should fill out a Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.).
You should fill it out at the baggage office at the airport, before leaving the restricted baggage collection area.
Remember that Volotea does not offer any compensation for scratches, stains, dents and broken handles or wheels on your baggage, nor for any damages that result from the fragility of the broken objects, or faulty packaging. These damages are considered to be related to use of the baggage and therefore are not the company's responsibility.
