Operational changes to your flight

  • What can I do if my flight has been cancelled in advance of the scheduled departure date?

    Firstly, please accept our apologies if your flight has been affected by an operational cancellation.

    If your flight has been canceled and you cannot fly at the new time, you can consult the alternatives and make new arrangements in the Your booking section.

    In the event that we are unable to offer you an alternative flight, we will reimburse you for all of the (unused) journeys included in your booking.
