  • What should I do if Volotea makes changes to my flight?

    If your flight has been cancelled or changed, we will inform you via the e-mail address or telephone number that you provided during the booking process. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    In case of change, we will provide the details of the new flight and will offer you 3 options: accept the new departure time, change your flight to a more suitable date for you - as long as it is within 7 days of the original flight date - or obtain a refund of the total amount of your booking.

    In the case of cancellation, we will ensure that you are reimbursed the amount of your booking as soon as possible.

    If your booking has been made through a travel agency, they will be responsible for notifying you of any changes or cancellations.
