  • How do I check if my booking is confirmed?

    Once the booking process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you entered during the purchasing process. If it does not appear in your inbox, make sure that you also check in your spam folder.

    If the status of your flight is not “Confirmed”, a member of our team will contact you in the next few days to advise you about how to proceed.
