Important information regarding your hand baggage (COVID-19)

Please be aware that in order to reduce contact in the airport and in the cabin, in compliance with regulations from health authorities and starting June 17th 2020, if you do not have priority boarding you'll need to check in your cabin bag (55x40x20 cm) free of charge at the check-in counter before heading to the boarding gate.

HAND LUGGAGE

Before you leave home, make sure your hand luggage is below the allowed dimensions (max 55 x 40 x 20 cm). Remember that only if you have priority boarding you can take it on board. Otherwise,  you have to check it free of charge.

SMALL HAND BAG

You can take one small hand bag into the cabin as long as it is within the specified dimensions (max 35 x 20 x 20 cm) and  can be stored under the seat in front of you.

CHECKED BAGGAGE

YOUR CHECKED-IN BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE UP TO 20 KG PER SUITCASE

Pack all your baggage yourself and don’t forget anything. If you need to check it in, remember the allowance is 20kg per bag. In case you need to travel with heavier baggage you can add what you need:

MORE BAGGAGE TIPS...

  • Your hand luggage must measure a maximum of 55 cm in height, 40 cm in width and 20 cm in depth. If it's bigger or heavier than allowed, it will have to travel in the hold and the additional cost per item is €60.

  • If it is smaller, don’t worry we’ll accept it. The small handbag you can take it with you at all times, can be up to 35cm high x 20cm wide x 20cm deep.

  • Place your small hand bag under the seat in front of you, leave the aisle clear at all times. Remember all your hand luggage cannot weight more than 10kg altogether.

  • You can take up to 5 pieces of checked-in baggage on your flight. And altogether they can weigh up to 50 kg.

YOU CAN
TAKE…

A toiletry bag containing everything you need and measuring 20 cm x 20 cm. Remember that liquids must travel in bottles containing no more than 100 ml.

YOU CANNOT CARRY THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR SUITCASE OR HANDBAG …

  • Firearms
  • Tools
  • Compressed gases
  • Corrosives
  • Other weapons
  • Sharp objects
  • Radioactive material
  • Chemical or toxic substances
  • Blunt objects
  • Liquids (with exceptions)
  • Lithium and other batteries
  • Flammable substances

Remember, you must never carry, either on board or in your suitcases, any item that presents a danger to others or the aircraft.
