  • How can I submit a claim?

    We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused. If your flight has been delayed or cancelled, you can send us a claim via our online form. Depending on the claim type, we will let you know how to proceed and which documents you need to provide.

     

    Please note that you can submit a claim using this form only for the following reasons: delay, cancellation, lost baggage, damaged baggage, overbooking.
