VOLOTEA POLICY FOR REFUND OF E-TICKETS ISSUED BY TRAVEL AGENCIES
Covid19 – Volotea update specific for travel agencies that issued e-tickets through a GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan and Sabre).
We hope that during this difficult times, you, your family and loved ones, are in good health and we are very sorry for any inconvenience or difficulty the COVID-19 outbreak may be causing you.
Due to the severe mobility restrictions imposed by authorities due to COVID-19 outbreak, we have been forced to cancel and modify our regular operations.
If your flight with us has been cancelled by us, we offer Travel Agencies a special cash-voucher for the amount of your flight (e-ticket full amount).
Vouchers are nominal, so there will be one for each passenger/ticket in the booking; each voucher is valid for the following eighteen (18) months.
If you have already requested a refund in BSPlink your voucher(s) should be available in the next 24 to 48 hours.
You may request your vouchers using the form below, even for several electronic tickets at the same time, as long as all of them were issued using the same Travel Agency IATA code.
Please note: once vouchers are issued using this form, the original transaction will no longer be open for disputes within the BSP.
We request to provide us the e-mail address where you want to receive the list of the issued vouchers.
In case you need to contact us by phone or email, please make sure you do it within 48 hours before your departure date.
