Is one of your party unable to travel and you want to transfer their ticket to another person? Don’t worry, you can change the name on your booking.
You can change the name of one or more passengers up to four hours before the flight, as long as you haven’t checked in.
If you want to change the name and you have already checked in, contact the Customer Service Team.
Once one of the journeys from your booking has been made, you can only change passenger names through our Customer Service Center.
Remember that once these changes have been made, you will need to download and print your boarding passes again.
You cannot change the names of the passengers if your purchased a flight which is operated by a partner airline.
