CHANGE NAMES

Is one of your party unable to travel and you want to transfer their ticket to another person? Don’t worry, you can change the name on your booking.

  • You can change the name of one or more passengers up to four hours before the flight, as long as you haven’t checked in.

  • If you want to change the name and you have already checked in, contact the Customer Service Team.

  • Once one of the journeys from your booking has been made, you can only change passenger names through our Customer Service Center.

  • Remember that once these changes have been made, you will need to download and print your boarding passes again.
