Purpose of the Position

As Account Payable Supervisor, your function will be focused on strengthen our Finance Team at Volotea Headquarters. We are looking for an accurate, structured Account Payable Supervisor who is capable to develop and implement process improvements, build strong management reports and setting risk standards working with and setting KPI’s.

Profilo:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

- University degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

- Minimum 3-4 years of successful experience in accounts payable management in big companies, including follow up with suppliers, ageing of balances.

- Strong knowledge in Accounting/Finance particularly in account payable processes.

Capacità:

The objective of this position is to guarantee a strong Financial Control over all administrative and accounting aspects related to suppliers´ accounts, through the coordination of the following:

- Responsible for keeping the suppliers master data updated in the systems.

- Full cycle processing of purchases (PO creation, Invoice matching, processing and payment, expense provision).

Purpose of the Position

As a Maintenance Control Center Duty Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining the Airworthiness of Volotea’s fleet, composed of Boeing B717-200 and Airbus A319, by proactive control of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification. This would be in accordance with Company, Manufacturer and Civil Aviation Authorities procedures and legislation.

Profilo:

EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Engineer certified on A320 family (CFM56), Boeing B717 will be a plus.

- Five Years relevant work experience, troubleshooting experience will be considered a plus.

- Previous experience in Maintenance Control, Technical representative, Airline Engineering or Line Maintenance.

- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems.

- Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively to all related parties both verbally and written.

- Fluent English compulsory, Spanish, Italian and French will be considered a plus.

- Self-disciplined, highly-organized individual able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Capacità:

- Verifying that all work required by the customer has been accomplished during the particular line maintenance activity or work package in accordance with the procedures specified in the Volotea MOE. Also, assess the impact of any work not been carried, and agreeing with the operator to defer such work to another specified check or time limit.

- Verifying that there are no non-compliances that may hazard the flight safety.

- Ensuring that the release certificate and/or technical log statement contains all the necessary details and reference numbers, including details of maintenance which was not completed but allows a return to service within the approved aircraft limitations.

- Verifying that the aircraft technical log and associated documents have been completed to the required standard following completion of all maintenance.

- Ensuring that there is an instruction to the flight crew placed in the technical log where crew actions are necessary to verify aircraft airworthiness.

- Complying with Volotea internal and mandatory reporting requirements.

Offriamo:

As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer you will be in charge of carrying out the line maintenance of Volotea’s B717 fleet, as established by EASA Part 145 and other equivalents from other aeronautical authorities. Definition

Employees in this job supervise and direct the activities of lower-level staff responsible for warehouse activities. Overall Purpose of the Role

Assist the Store Coordinator and Team Leader Purchasing in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast moving environment. Responsible for the day to day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure company's targets and objectives are  met  to  meet Maintenance  requirements,  ensuring  that  staff  comply  with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Profilo:

- 5 years of experience working in an Aeronautical warehouse.
