With Flex, you can make unlimited changes to your flights without paying a flight change fee of €50 each way per passenger.
Changes up to 4 hours before your flight
You can make changes to your flight up to 4 hours before its departure time. Without Flex, changes are only allowed up to 7 days prior to flight departure.
Get a refund if you cancel your flight
Don't lose the cost of your booking if you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. You'll receive a refund in the form of Volotea credit.
Please remember that you will have to pay the difference in fare, if there is one. Changes to passenger names are not included in Flex. If you cancel your booking, the refund will not include the Flex fee or any card payment fees.
