FLIGHT DOCUMENTATION

The authorities of some of the countries you are traveling to require prior validation of passenger documentation (Passport, ID Card, Visa).

If you are flying between any of the following countries (covered by the Schengen agreement) you must be carrying your Passport or ID Card with you when boarding the aircraft:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.

If your destination or origin is not on the following list, you must enter the details of your passport or ID Card on our website or present them at the check-in desk.

Here are a few suggestions to avoid any unforeseen problems:

  • You can add the details of your passport or ID card at any time up to 2 hours before the flight departs.
  • If you are unsure about whether a visa is required or which documents are permitted in the country you are traveling to, check our help page.
  • If you're traveling with children, our help page will tell you which documents are needed and specify any other requirements.
