The architecture of it historic centre is fascinating with its splendid exteriors such as the Saint Domnius Cathedral, although the underground also hides secrets of great beauty: the basements of the palace extends underneath the streets of Split. Here one can enjoy the sea, by going sailing for example, or the mountain, be going climbing or hiking.
