  • Can I fly with my emotional support dog?

Yes, Guide dogs and Assistance dogs (for emotional support) are allowed on all Volotea flights. A maximum of two are permitted on board the same flight.

Emotional support animals are accepted on board provided Official certificate issued by a member of Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF).

Our customer service department must receive the certificate in advance so that we can authorize and add the service to the booking. It must be submitted via this form. If it is less than 48 hours before your flight, you will need to email the certificate and contact us by telephone to get special authorization to fly.

It is not required any charge neither to be into a container but lashed at all times.
